Job description
We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations Supervisor to assist with the management of daily logistics and activities.
Qualifications
·At leasttwoyears of experience directly managing people including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people,experience in leading team efforts within highly matrixed organizations
·Demonstrated success with meetingoperationalgoals and objectives
·Ability to manage rapid growth and establish training, orientation, and team building
·Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills in getting the tasks completed in timely manner with precision and accuracy and adept at solving ad-hoc internal and external issues
·Experience with planning, developingandimplementing, programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures
·Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers which includes meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
·Compliance withpharmacystandards, laws, and regulations
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Establish and maintain effective relationships with staff and senior management
·Oversee various administrative tasks as needed
Responsibilities
·Manage a team ofleads, certifiedpharmacy techniciansand cashiers
· Responsible for overseeing operations, human resource, customer serviceand regulatory compliance
·Responsible for establishingand maintainingworkflow required for pharmacy operations and SOPs
·Develops and maintains strong customer service relationships
·Responsible for all employee related activities, including hiring, coaching and evaluating job performance, etc
·Responsible for completing reports including monthly financial review and operationsreports
·Monitors Pharmacy Operations performance to identifypharmaciesindividual or departmentsnot performing at optimal levels and then helps assist in a plan to address
·Ensures compliance with local and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and corporate policies to drive effectiveness and consistency in operations
·Assists leadership in developing processes to effectively monitor day-to-day pharmacy operations
·Reviews and evaluates pharmacy's performance on a continuing basis and establishes proper measures of performance
