Responsibilities

• Automate processes and dashboards across the organization
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
• Implement and build tools and services that streamline the processes of the company
• Manage and lead the HR, Finance, Recruiting, Business Development, Sales, Contracting, and Operations
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and success for the company

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Booking/HR - using software like QuickBooks and Rippling
• Building and automating operational processes (utilizing software)
• Experience selling or managing a sales team in healthcare SaaS
• Proven experience managing and leading teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Sox Accounting - bonus
• Regulatory Compliance and Security
• HR - Hiring, Onboarding, Recruiting
• Experience working in a startup environment - which scaled quickly
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Data Analysis - basic understanding a bonus
• Coding experience (low level but can read code, GitHub)

Compensation and Benefits

• $100,000 – $175,000 base salary PLUS;
• Equity (stock options) valued between $25,000 - $100,000.
