We are Looking For:
A kick-ass multidisciplinary creative that uses their design language to drive performance. You think conceptually and know how to make an impact with creative work. You focus on strategy first. You love clear communication. You have a strong creative point of view and know how to catch the eye of audiences in a crowded market. You are passionate about typography, color, illustration, photography, composition. You have your finger on the pulse of what’s trending in marketing, design, and the digital landscape. You Will Get To:

• Write high-impact copy (ads, landing pages, email, websites, etc) for high-performing creative.
• Be driven by creative performance with an intention to create the best work to achieve the best results.
• Follow digital marketing, design and social trends, with an eye toward experimentation with emerging tools and techniques.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• Analyze and interpreting past creative work into learnings.
• Work directly with clients to maintain a strong, communicative relationship.
• Create stunning visual assets for digital ads, videos, email campaigns, and social media.
• Collaborate with a team of creatives and strategists on marketing campaign planning and implementation.

Requirements
You Have:

• Strong knowledge of multiple social channels and best ways to activate them through visual messaging, copy, and content.
• A passion for the power of clear, smart design and impactful visual communication.
• Effective time management and project management skills.
• 3+ years of art direction and hands on design experience.
• Strong portfolio of branding, graphic design, and digital marketing campaign work.
• Web design experience including HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, specifically when presenting and framing own creative ideas and direction.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite; specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Premiere and After Effects are a plus.
• BFA in Marketing / Advertising / Communication Design or a similar field is a plus.
• Knowledge of analytics and A/B testing to optimize experiences, and aware of accessibility best practices in both design and development.
• Strong understanding of the digital landscape, internet culture, memes, trends, etc.

Compensation Range Dependent on Experience: $70,000 - $90,000
