Job Description

This role offers the following Work Appropriately strategy:
Remote: This position does not require the employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The Employees role enables them to work off-site on a permanent basis. This is a remote position.
About The Role
The position will be responsible for the identification and incubation of strategic growth initiatives for the Digital Commerce organization, reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Commerce Growth Strategy. The position will develop new ideas, processes, standards or plans in support of the organization’s business objectives with a direct impact on the line of business results. This individual is expected to partner with members across the Digital Commerce team as well as collaborate with other strategy teams across Digital business and the Digital Commerce Product, UX, and Tech teams.
Specific Job Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to frame business needs and translate those into strategic direction; Influence others within the organization to pursue cross-functional growth opportunities
  • Develop TAM/SAM/SOM analysis and strategic POV – footprint, competitors, opportunity – with aligned strategic recommendations to meet our long-term plan objectives
  • Understand key strategic growth opportunities and work to provide valuable information in support of the company with an external consumer and competitive perspective
  • Lead global standardization strategies enabling faster scaling to realize global revenue potential and align to adjacent areas of the business enabling key growth initiatives
  • Develop and deliver effective presentations and written reports to multiple GM leadership levels and functions
  • Develop new strategies and plans based on business needs, both short-term and in support of long-term strategic plans – including eCommerce channel growth and category expansion
  • Generate ongoing competitive feedback on consumer trends, product concepts, portfolios, segment trends, technologies and sales concepts as well as other relevant business issues

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High degree of critical thinking and demonstrated ability to develop solutions to complex business critical issues
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Highly-accountable individual comfortable working autonomously, dealing with ambiguity
  • Demonstrated success delivering eCommerce strategy development through execution
  • Ability to comprehend, and translate complexity into opportunities for action
  • Promotes GM values and makes customer-focused decisions.
  • Intellectual curiosity, analytical patience, and willingness to develop an idea into a strategic direction through iteration and synthesis
  • Ability to influence varying levels of the organization through excellent written communications and visual storytelling

Compensation
The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with state law.
  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
  • The median level of salary compensation for this role is $104,700-163,800.
