Position: Global Sales Director

Location: 100% Remote (Open to applicants from USA, Canada, Asia, Germany, and Netherlands)

As a Global Sales Director, you'll be at the forefront of driving the expansion and cultivating key relationships, particularly within the automotive industry.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and operational capabilities.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of 6 sales professionals spread across Germany, Netherlands, USA, and Asia.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a primary focus on the automotive industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the logistics industry, preferably within express transport or related fields.
  • Experience managing remote teams across multiple regions.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and team coordination.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at executive levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovative sales initiatives and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
  • Strong background in hunting and securing new clients, specifically within the automotive sector.
