Coordinate and manage daily workloads without direction from manager

4+ years of experiences in project or operation management roles

Effectively manage and direct resources to fulfill dynamic and time-critical testing requirements and requests

Recruit, train, and develop management team and employees ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner

Monitor project and program deliverables, create reporting metrics, and actively review information with directs reports and other managers

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience in related fields, particularly vehicle/computer engineering, business administration, or similar

Knowledge in reading wire schematics and diagnosis of automotive electrical systems.

Develop skills necessary to advance to Technician Apprentice position within six (6) months of employment

Ability to learn new skills regarding calibration and calibration processes

Minimum of 2 years’ calibration experience in a commercial lab preferred

Strong knowledge of electronic theory

TMDE/PMEL certified or Associates degree in Electronic Technologies

Proficient use in MET/TEAM and MUDCATS software

Calibrates a wide variety of test and measurement equipment.

Performs maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of equipment.

A minimum of 5 years (10+ preferred) of sales management experience with progressively increasing responsibilities.

Manage key customer relationships to maintain the quality of services and drive new business.

Previous international sales experience preferred.

Develop GTM strategies and a business plan that will aggressively drive sales and brand recognition worldwide.

Recruit, train, and develop a world-class sales team.

Work closely with the executive team to set strategic direction for near, medium, and long-term actions.

Past experience is required in a Hydraulic or an Electrical profession;

Experience in Engineering is preferred

Working within the Calibration Lab factors to include will be working oils and lubricants, and noise whilst using some Calibration Equipment.
