Utilize existing technology tools to streamline compliance processes, data management and reporting; identify new technologies to help improve internal operations

Minimum of 1+ years track record of effective vendor and offshore management.

Minimum of 1+ years of experience working with Conviva.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience with QOE and QOS monitoring for OTT platforms.

Minimum of 1+ years’ experience leading a support team to effective issue resolution

Serve as the first point of escalation for issue resolution, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to provide the best customer experience.

Must be able to multi-task with great attention to detail and time management.

Experience in Psychological First Aid, a plus!

Well-developed sense of judgment, critical thinking, and analytical and interpersonal skills.

Aids client travelers, expats and others as the first point of contact

You have experience administering project management tools (ex. Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, etc.) and documentation tools (Confluence, Notion, Sharepoint, etc)

Drive process improvement & escalation management with key external care delivery partners

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Global capabilities & processes

Assist the Sr. Program Operations Manager in the tracking and success of the Global Program

You have experience working in ZenDesk or other similar systems

You have 3+ years of relevant professional experience working within operations

Prepare and/or deliver training & knowledge transfer materials on key topics and solutions

Create and understand KPIs to manage and drive operational and process improvements

Active stakeholder engagement - ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders (internal and external)

Strong collaboration, relationship building, and team building skills

Adapts to constant changes in the work environment and can manage competing demands

5+ years of experience working within a large corporate environment or consulting firm, preferably global
