Global Account Director Jobs

General Summary of the Job:

To develop and execute sales strategies and plans with a long term focus on assigned strategic account(s). Leads a WW team to support to the customer's business initiatives and global requirements.

Essential Functions:

• Generate targeted solutions and negotiate all customer agreements. % of time: 20
• Develops and maintains executive relationships – internal and external. % of time: 15
• Provides leadership for the account team and establishes a vision with measurable goals and objectives. Regularly review team results to hold team accountable and recognize significant contributions. % of time: 20
• Develops and executes sales strategies and plans based on a deep understanding of the account. % of time: 30
• Collaborates with technical team to ensure sales and technical plans are aligned. % of time: 15

Skills and Abilities Required:

• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated background of experience being able to establish a broad and deep understanding of customers and business

Education and Experience Requirement:

• Minimum of 12 years direct account management experience in electronic design or similar.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

• Normal Office Environment, Significant travel may be required (up to 70%)

The total cash compensation range for this position is $210,300 to $420,600 with 40% of this being comprised of an

annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
