Job Description

Responsible for directly leading a portfolio of influential Wendy’s franchisees within the U.S., while also supporting Wendy’s business internationally, including regions within Canada, Latin America, Caribbean, Asia Pacific, Europe & Middle East. This Director of Sales role will be responsible for delivering/exceeding our business plan in the U.S. and supporting our international bottling & franchisees partners as Wendy’s accelerates their global presence in the coming years. This role will report to Brock Safe.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support large portion of Wendy’s franchisees within the U.S.
  • Coordinate activities and communications within the Coca-Cola system to ensure the company speaks with one voice and fosters collaboration between key account teams and key bottlers to ensure system support of our customers strategies, global initiatives, and common KBI’s/success measures.
  • Provides overall stewardship of the business, both with the customer and with the company, through tracking and communicating common performance measurements and opportunities.
  • Build value creation strategies for the customer on a global basis and provide direction and support for the development of local business plans in each key country in which the customer does business.
  • Ensure superior customer service through identifying and resolving issues, as needed, and through support of our bottlers customer service capabilities ( such as category management, supply chain management, information sharing, etc)
  • Creates and supports the development of the broad-based relationships with the key decision-makers at the customer to build trust and improve our business opportunities with the customer.
  • Will interface directly with our key Bottlers, Company Groups and Business Units.
  • Develop the systems’ understanding of the customer’s strategies, needs and expectations of us on a global basis in order to develop and execute business strategies and plans that create value for them and for the system.

Education:

  • Typically requires 7 to 10 years of prior relevant experience
  • Typically requires a University Degree (Master) or equivalent experience

Base Salary: $142,758 to $181,557

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, are offered.

Location - US Virtual/Remote (Home Based) in major city in the East

Travel - Approximately 25-35%
