Job Summary:

The Fulfillment Administrator – will be responsible to ensure all fulfillment controls are satisfied each day, and to update the process steps so the indicators on the Reader Board for payroll, garnishments, finance & accounting, and benefits display the most current status. In this position you will act as liaison between the operational teams and fulfillment. Also ensuring resolution of delivery tracking escalations to completion, and reconciliation of daily customer cases. This is a fast-paced environment with emphasis on personal initiative, as well as an excellent opportunity for professional growth.
