Order Fulfillment Associate Jobs

Heggerty is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team. Reporting to the Order Fulfillment Manager, this position will assist with order entry, and help to ensure our team provides a friendly, accurate, and efficient customer ordering experience. The Order Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for achieving a fast order-to-shipment time, ensuring high order accuracy, and delivering a high order processing rate.

The ideal candidate will not only be impeccably organized with high attention to detail and adept with learning databases and digital record-keeping systems but will also be friendly and professional to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders submitted via email, online store, and phone
• Conduct daily Quality Assurance checks and provide feedback to team members to ensure order fulfillment accuracy
• Communicate with printing & fulfillment vendors to relay special ordering instructions, and troubleshoot order fulfillment issues
• Provide regular reports on order processing rates and fulfillment Issues to the Order Fulfillment Manager
• Liaise with Customer Support Team to ensure a timely and positive response to customer ordering concerns
• Monitor and shipment progress for orders and liaise with shipping partners to quickly correct shipment issues and minimize undeliverable shipments
• Manage and prioritize order submission email inbox to ensure timely processing of customer orders to meet company goals of same-day order processing and fulfillment
• Ensure order entry accuracy by reviewing customer order submissions and cross-checking previously created price quotes, public address information, and product pricing structures
• Assist with order exchanges and returns
• Serve as a model to team members for the execution of order processing standards, consistently demonstrating a high level of accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

• Experience using e-commerce and cloud-based order-processing tools
• Curiosity, empathy, and a passion for our mission
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of three years experience in an order processing role, or role that requires regular use of database or e-commerce tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
