Order Fulfillment Administrator Jobs

Minimum of three years experience in an order processing role, or role that requires regular use of database or e-commerce tools

Communicate with printing & fulfillment vendors to relay special ordering instructions, and troubleshoot order fulfillment issues

5+ years of industry experience in fulfillment, supply chain operations, or warehouse management

Experience using digital logistics tools such as inventory management systems (IMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and warehouse management systems (WMS)

Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfillment to meet operational goals.

Provide data-backed and actionable updates to senior management to improve order fulfillment SLAs and partner performance.

A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in supply chain management, project management, business, logistics operations, or other related field

Support efforts to attain certifications (such as ISO 9001)

•Strong negotiation skills with several logistic companies (Ups, Fedex, Dhl ecc..)

•Solid experience in working with global and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

•High-tech supply chain experience is a plus

Pull orders by identifying part numbers that are alpha-numeric using electronic scanning equipment.

Help Stock shelves and maintain an orderly warehouse

Pick, Pack and Ship Experience

Process and pick orders for shipment to the customer.

Quality check all sales order sheets to ensure proper Sku, color, size, etc.

Strong project/program management skills and abilities

10 years of people manager experience in a similar role, preferably in semiconductor industry

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related technical discipline; or equivalent professional experience

Strong analytical skill with proven ability to present conclusions and recommendations to executive audiences.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, strong negotiation skills, strong mentoring, & influencing change

Excellent people skills and ability to work in matrix environment.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management

Preform JDE transactions to supply diamonds in accordance with CODC guidelines. Report any issues to management timely.

Support continuous improvement initiatives through the identification of process improvements and communicate suggestions to management.

Select stones from inventory to support the requirements of Manufacturing Work Orders, Virtual Vendor Bulk Picks, and Internal Requests.

Submit requests for inventory adjustment (I8) transactions to fulfill demand requirements.

Manage special projects according to established procedure. If applicable, ensure shipments are organized, timely and accurate.

Prior Warehouse Experience in a retail environment Is Preferred

Experience with Computers and Shipping/Receiving Systems

Ensure transfers, orders, and shipments are processed accurately and on timely basis

Pick and pack customer orders with efficiency and quality results

Forklift certification is not required; however, experience with pallet jacks is preferred.

Manage and complete cycle counts when necessary to maintain accurate inventory records.

Prior experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is beneficial but not mandatory.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsible for communicating specific enrollment requirements to all applicants pursuing SOQ certification.

Knowledgeable in CTE, and TI procedures and maintains knowledge of requirements up to date.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with academic excellence or commensurate experience in an educational or professional administrative capacity

Maintain requirements are up to date by maintaining familiarity with TEA Code.

Communicate with the customer by phone and email to explain the requirements for admission into the program.

2-5 years’ experience in an administrative position

3 years + experience, minimum, working with data entry, customer service, or similar experience

Customer service/support - handling inquiries from internal and external parties regarding operation policies and procedures via email, phone, chats and in-person

Minimum of six months’ experience working in a wireless customer support environment.

Previous experience with customer-facing, technical support procedures and ticketing software

Experience navigating and submitted requests in wireless carrier portals

5+ years’ general Merchandising product experience, including 2+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience
