The Manager of Fulfillment Services is key in the CBA Fulfillment process in setting clear goals and objectives for the Delivery Team as well as leading the direction of the department, developing strategies to achieve those goals, and delegating tasks and responsibilities while overseeing the work of the Delivery team as well as the work of CBA partners to ensure compliance with the CBA vision and objectives.This position will start on a 90 day trial and then move to a fulltime position.

What you Will be Responsible For:

1.Train and supervise Delivery Manager Staff

2.Monitor and analyze Fulfillment performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

3.Lead Change.

4.Manage the warehouse relationship, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to fulfill orders.

5.Monitor & Report on the Fulfillment Process

6.Develop and implement inventory policies and procedures to improve inventory accuracy, reduce inventory shrinkage, and improve overall inventory management.

7.Complete Payment for Open Supplier Invoices.
