Pick and Pack Process Development:
- Develop, document, and execute pick and pack processes for both e-commerce and wholesale dispatch.
Quality Assurance:
- Maintain high-quality standards in our post-production processes.
Logistics Coordination:
- Use logistics portals to schedule pick-ups, define delivery time windows, and submit fulfillment information during onboarding.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage our fulfillment team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills are crucial for this role.
Resource Allocation:
- Strategically plan and allocate resources based on shifting demands and priorities.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and report on fulfillment metrics, ensuring consistent target achievement and identifying areas for improvement.
Systems Management:
- Contribute to the management of logistics portals, EDI systems and customer specific operating portals.
About You:
- Strong understanding of how to navigate new systems; including EDI platforms and customer portals.
- Strong people management skills
- Experienced in warehouse management
- Experience in a similar role for an early-stage growth business
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to develop systems
Don't meet every requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At We the Wild, we are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic team. If you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with the job description, we would like you to apply anyway. You may just be the perfect fit for either this or other roles!
Our company:
We make plant food for plant people.
For the ones who light up at the sight of a new leaf.
And are struck by grief at the glimpse of a fallen one.
Who dedicate the sunniest spot in their homes to a cluster of pots.
And take pleasure in the simple things.
We’re for those who live in the city but crave connection to the earth.
Who believe in the power of community and kinship.
Who care about the health of the planet – and know that planting a new seed means believing in tomorrow.
Together, we are green thumbs in a concrete jungle.
We believe that growth is the antidote to monotony.
We work towards making the world that bit freer, cleaner, greener.
We the Wild.
