Partner with the best

As a Customer Order and Fulfillment you will be responsible for:

• Work with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.
• Handles targeted clients. Contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed.
• Facilitate order management - process order intake, input into internal systems. Connect to customer portals and systems.
• Works together with people from the business unit.
• Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.
• May support forecasting, billing and collection activities.
• Handles simple project processes. There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. A framework of conditions is set.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience in warehousing and fulfillment
• 4+ years of experience in Inventory management
• 4+ years of Customer Service Communication
• Associate's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Inventory management).
