We're currently looking for Front Desk Agents to join our team in the bustling city of Dallas, Texas. Our footprint extends across multiple locations in the culturally rich state of Texas. We are currently looking for dedicated and personable Front Desk Agents in Dallas, Texas. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience and ensuring that they receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Address guest complaints and escalate to management when necessary
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Keep clear records of all room bookings and financial transactions
• Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to meet guest expectations and standards
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
• Manage reservations over the phone, online, and in-person
• Ensure the front desk area remains clean, tidy, and presentable
• Collaborate with our team to communicate what our guests need to ensure a high-quality service
• Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor and strive to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable character and good demeanor
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with hotel management software, as well as a strong working knowledge of MS Office
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hotel management is a plus
• Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
