We are actively seeking warm, professional individuals to join our team as Front Desk Agents. As the first point of contact for our clients' businesses, you'll be instrumental in shaping the guests' impression, creating memorable welcomes and heartfelt farewells. Your role will be diverse, encompassing the management of reservations, guest inquiries, and delivering unparalleled customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to guests' complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring any issues are escalated to management if necessary.
• Handle day-to-day operations, including processing payments, maintaining guest records, and keeping track of room availability.
• Be well-informed about local attractions and able to guide guests on dining, entertainment, and travel options around Houston.
• Coordinate closely with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully equipped to accommodate guests' needs.
• Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, such as wedding guests. You will be expected to go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction.
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms promptly, ensuring they're informed about facilities, services, and safety measures.
• Uphold and embody the company's policies and procedures, including data protection and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar role is preferred, but not required. We value a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Commitment to delivering top-notch customer service, with the ability to resolve issues with professionalism and patience.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Point of Sale systems is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills. You should be comfortable interacting with guests and staff at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent multitasking skills and adaptability.
