Provides telephone, clerical, and data entry support for the Care Review team.

Responds to requests for authorization of services submitted via phone, fax, and mail according to Molina operational timeframes.

Care Review Processor - PST Hours, Including Weekends - Rotating Weekend and Overnight Shifts

Department Operates 7 days a week, Monday – Sunday

Training schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

Utilize computerized warehouse management systems (WMS) and radio frequency (RF) scanners to process all barcoded products

Previous experience (6 months) operating a forklift, Stand-up Order Picker/Cherry Picker

Front Half Nights, Sun-Wed, 6 pm to 4:30 am (40 hours/week) + $1.50 shift differential

Some experience preferred in manufacturing environment (will train and promote on merit).

Provide on-line capacity for moving, conveyor boards and stationary boards.

Be able to understand simple directions.

Interpret simple color diagrams for line plugging.

High school education preferred, or up to six months related experience and/or training.

Basic computer skills with experience using electronic medical records/charting required.

Must have First Aid Certification .

3% for evening shifts (range starts at $18.91 per hour)

5% for NOC shifts (range starts at $19.28 per hour)

7% for weekend shifts (range starts at $19.65 per hour)

One year experience working in a shop/production environment highly preferred.

Prior Law Enforcement or security experience preferred.

Emergency Operations Center experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.

Ability to retain knowledge, information, and directions on an ongoing basis and communicate effectively with others.

Possesses the knowledge of growth and development of patients across the life span (neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric).

Education: Graduate of an accredited radiology technology program required.

Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.

Performs radiological procedures in a timely manner; documents required information and communicates to primary physician and direct care staff pertinent information.

Coordinates and assists the care of patients assigned in collaboration with other radiology technologists, physicians, nurses and allied health staff.

Evaluates patient condition in order to adequately perform radiology exams.

Critical thinking, analytical, and organization/time management skills.

3 to 5 years hospital-based nursing experience.

Utilization of electronic health record systems (e.g., Cerner). Experience with electronic bedboard and surgery scheduling a plus.

Registered Nurse in MN required

CPI or Behavioral Health Care & Personal Safety Course within 6 months of hire

Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others.

Basic cooking skills and knowledge of equipment

Manage operational costs, including food and labor.

Sincere interest in learning new skills

Culinary education or apprenticeship preferred, but not necessary

Expertly know the menu, preparation methods and procedures

Ensure flawless quality, preparation, and presentation

Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.

Prepare and process electrical and mechanical components for assigned product lines

Follow production build rates, schedules and meet required cycle times

Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required

UV Bonding, packaging, operating, and loading machines, measuring, material handling, coating, masking, mixing, blasting and inspection of product or components

Assemble cartons and containers and prepare products for shipment in accordance with domestic, international and/or customer specifications

Provides clinical expertise in the management of medical and psychiatric emergencies.

Receives employee, resident and family grievances. Refers information to appropriate manager.

Job Qualifications – Education and Experience:

Ability to team lift items 51 to 99 pounds through course of the day.

May work with manager/designee to reconcile unit charges.

Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills.

One year of clinical office experience, or equivalency.

THIS IS AN MNA CONTRACT POSITION.

$19.98 per hour ($18.44 plus $1.50 per hour certification pay) with earning potential up to $50,000 per year.
