Freight Dispatcher Jobs

We are looking for a remote dispatcher with skills and knowledge of working various load boards(DAT preferred). The primary goal of a partnered dispatcher is to work closely with carriers on the day to day movement of freight, profitably. Also, but not limited to seeking out new Owner Operators in need of our dispatching services.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day scheduling, routing, and connect with drivers
• Call owner operators and offer our dispatching services
• Utilizing our TMS
• Negotiating rate
• Build relationship with drivers and brokers

The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task while maintaining professional composure under pressure. You must be an excellent communicator, and be able to prioritize immediate tasks. You are the representative of our business and the drivers we service, a great level of professionalism is required.

Skills & Requirements

• Being bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
• Experience in data entry.
• Critical thinker and problem solving.
• Fast typing skills.
• At least 6 months of experience as a freight dispatcher.
• Outstanding time management.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience using the load boards (DAT, Truck stop, etc..)

Compensation is 100% commission based. You write your own paycheck. Your income is limitless.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per week

Schedule:

• Weekends as needed
• Monday to Friday
• On call

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
• Bonus pay

Experience:

• Dispatching: 1 year (Required)
