Job Title: Water Leak Detection Dispatcher

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Water Leak Detection Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispatching and coordinating the activities of our water leak detection technicians. The Water Leak Detection Dispatcher will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and dispatching technicians to customer locations. The hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, EST. This position is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing accurate information to customers regarding their water leak detection service
• Coordinating with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Dispatching technicians to customer locations
• Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and technician assignments
• Answering incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service
• Scheduling appointments for water leak detection technicians

Qualifications:

• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in dispatching or customer service is preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Ability to multitask
