Freight Broker Agent Jobs

Loadyne Logistics is a freight brokerage and is currently seeking a Remote Freight Broker agent on a commission-based structure. We are looking for talented individuals who can bring in new shippers and contribute to our growing business. As a Remote Freight Agent, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and earn commissions based on your performance. This remote position requires candidates to possess their own book of business and established customer base, as well as a proven track record of acquiring new customers.

Requirements:

• Must have your own customer base.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Freight Broker.
• Proficiency in using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and load boards.
• Possession of a well-established book of business and a loyal customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize TMS and load boards to optimize freight matching.
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.
• Manage and grow your existing customer base while acquiring new clients.
• Efficiently negotiate rates and secure shipping contracts.
