IMMEDIATE HIRE - 100% REMOTE POSITION - $15 per/hour
ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company that has been serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day for over 30 years. We are actively recruiting anexperienced dispatcherto join our team.

Overnight Disptach Supervisor is a dynamic position that supports both field technicians and in house colleagues. This poistion is respnonsible for the supervision and completion of all tasks related to overnight dispatch.
AVAILALBE SHIFTS
  • SUN NIGHT (stating at 10pm) THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT.
  • AFTERNOON/2ND SHIFT
  • DAY/WEEKEND SHIFTS
  • OVERNIGHT - 10PM TO 630AM
This positions will also provide support & admin functions including but not limited to:
  • Reporting: Google Docs, Excel Sheets and other systems
  • Working with our internal team on various paperwork (work orders, etc.)
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.
  • High Volume calling and data management
Position Requirements
Requirements
  • Must meet all pre-employment requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Prior Dispatch or Logistics experience needed
  • Construction/Maintenance environment experienced preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extremely computer savvy (excel/internet searches/outlook/quick data entry/scheduling)
  • Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency
  • Good phone personality
  • Flexible hours including weekend availabilty
  • Good track record of employment
  • Experience in continued administrative functions (5+ years)
