Circuit is looking for an eager and organized Fleet Manager to join our team. You’ll work across local, regional, and national departments to oversee the full lifecycle of our vehicles in the Southern Florida region.

(including But Not Limited To)

• Coordinate site inventory and general site health across the region
• Build processes related to vehicle claims and repairs
• Maintain relevant information in Fleetio, Excel, and internal tools
• Manage fleet movement with Fleet Leads & tow vendors
• Coordinate a team of Fleet Leads to execute fleet related responsibilities
• Maintain up-to-date vehicle registrations, insurance cards, and permits
• Coordinate vehicle onboarding including installation of equipment
• Manage inspections related to vehicle appearance and mechanical issues
• Assist with vehicle in-fleeting and de-fleeting
• Manage vendors for repairs, media application, and cleanliness

Requirements

Relevant Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Slack & Fleetio is a huge plus
• An entrepreneurial approach (i.e. “no job is not my job” attitude)
• 2+ years as a supervisor of people, vehicles and vendors
• 3+ years of administrative experience in transit, vehicle maintenance or mobility
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and an ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in GSuite & web based applications
• Demonstrated passion for mobility & automotive industry a huge plus

Location: The role will be primarily in-field visiting several locations across Florida. Candidates should expect to “get their hands dirty” as they learn the fleet and help build maintenance programs to scale across the company. The team usually travels at least once per quarter to attend the national meeting and candidates are encouraged to work from other offices in Fort Lauderdale, New York, Los Angeles or San Diego.

Compensation: Base salary is competitive and will be based on the candidate's background and experience. The candidate will be eligible for contributions to Health Care and travel expenses. After one year, the candidate will be eligible for 401k match plan and participation in employee stock option programs.
