ASM - Tampa

Responsibilities:

• Assist creating store schedule for all sales associates and key holders
• Inspire and encourage employees to ensure high level of morale
• Assist Manager to maintain, receiving and organizing back stock inventory to make the space functional
• Responsible for merchandising inventory on the floor weekly and deliver to Visual Merchandiser
• Lead and motivate sales associates and key holders to meet sales objectives
• Responsible for an end of day report each day
• Assist employee recruiting, training, development, onboarding and evaluations
• Direct Report to Store Manager

Qualifications:

• Shopify Point of Sale experience
• High school education or equivalent experience
• 2+ years' retail management experience
• Leadership experience
