Area Manager/Supervisor (Tampa, FL)

Our client is a leading facilities management company with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services to its clients. We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Area Managers/Supervisors to oversee operations in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidates will have experience in janitorial and facilities management, be excellent communicators, and have a proven ability to lead a team to success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance metrics and quality standards, ensuring operational excellence and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and expanding service offerings
• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned facilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Hire, train, and develop a team of front-line staff, including janitors and maintenance technicians

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in janitorial and facilities management, with a track record of delivering successful results
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including OSHA, EPA, and LEED
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
