Assistant Manager - Rumble Boxing

A national leader in luxury fitness is looking for amazing talent to join our team and seeking a motivated Manager to lead our studio to success! This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC 28203
POSITION: The Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing all studio functionality from sales to studio operations.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
• An affinity and passion for fitness
• Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
• Confident in generating personal sales and supervising Sales Reps
• Proficiency with computers and Studio software
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
• Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized
• 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• College Degree Preferred
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
• Solid writing and grammar skills
• This is a part-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information

DUTIES:

• Build Partnerships with other local businesses and schedule marketing cross-promotion events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Manage staff schedule
• Any other duties as assigned by the GM
• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Membership and retail sales
• Enforce studio policies and procedures
• Supervise Sales Representatives
