About the role

You will be responsible for the delivery of new business solutions leveraging the Workfront application. You will be responsible for liaising with the business to understand their needs and develop solutions collaboratively with Architecture and Security. You will ensure the effective integration of Workfront with core business applications. You will demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Workfront application and a keen interest on its ongoing development and how to leverage for business advantage. You will provide support to resolve complex technical issues and user support queries.

What you'll do

• Liaise with teams to identify approach, dependencies, tasks, and seek opportunities for automation
• Implement solutions and monitor existing platforms to ensure overall system health
• Manage the technical elements of new user onboarding
• Trouble-shoot user or system issues and implement solutions
• Work with teams to iterate through design, development, and test to successfully deliver Workfront workflows, capabilities, and integrations
• Continually improve your craft as an Administrator and integration specialist for Workfront through continuous learning, whilst leveraging the latest platform releases, solution patterns and best practices, related business principles and technology
• Collaborate with architecture and security groups on developing solutions that align to the target state

About you

• Experience creating integrations between a variety of platforms, products, and solutions
• Strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to implement complex business solutions
• Ideally 5+ years' experience working as a Workfront Administrator
• Experience implementing and governing technical security and compliance best practices
• Experience with integrations involving Netsuite, ERP's, and HR systems is highly desirable
• Excellent understanding of change delivery frameworks such as waterfall and agile
• Ability to translate highly ambiguous business goals into sustainable technology solutions
