Senior Financial Analyst (Remote)

Having a genuine connection with your work is crucial. CommScope is recruiting a Senior Finance Analyst to join our growing Ruckus Business Unit! This is a remote role based in the United States with a preference to Sunnyvale, CA.

This role will be responsible for working closely with multiple teams and leveraging strong Excel modeling skills to support the business. As such, there will be many opportunities to delve into the more business-facing analysis. You Will Make An Impact By:

• Prioritize information, analyze large data sets, prepare monthly reporting for internal reviews and analyze spending data sets and identify potential cost-reduction opportunities as well as draw actionable conclusions and insights from analysis and transition into detailed, clear recommendations
• Broadly supporting management and the business by providing financial insights into the business
• Ensure accountability tracking is performed in alignment with CommScope Guidelines
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis in addition to a range of ad hoc analyses as requested
• Forecasting and budgeting (including long-range plan)
• KPI analysis
• Drive productivity and efficiency improvements by creating dashboards and reporting used within the organization and measure progress against CommScope NEXT and other key initiatives

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Proven track record to build and understand complex models in Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business and three years of Finance/data analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to independently perform V lookups, pivot tables, aggregate data, etc.

• Five or more years of robust analytical work
• Business Objects, SAP, and Hyperion experience is helpful
• Experience in communicating & presenting key information to senior-level management

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with outstanding experience and a proven history of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is $87,400 to $135,500.

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
