What You'll Be Doing:
We are seeking an Analytics Manager to identify, measure, and monitor KPIs for digital sales across our owned sites and key account partners, while making data-driven recommendations for positive business outcomes. The ideal candidate is comfortable with web data, excited about providing optimization insights, ensuring data integrity, and aggregating it for executive visibility. You will work on-site 4 days per week with the opportunity to work remotely one day per week.
  • Provide counsel and support to third-party vendors on opportunities to reduce friction or drive sales from internal learnings.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to understand underlying influences on business.
  • Distill complex data into simple communication that drives actionable insights on KPIs for both internal and external partners, looking for emerging trends and insights.
  • Lead projects within ecommerce/digital analytics that show effectiveness of site enhancements & campaigns. Coordinate with Digital Marketing & CRM to provide comprehensive results on seasonal campaign performance.
  • Testing and tracking new partnerships to develop the overall business.
  • Explore the user journey through analytical tools to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Lead and manage development and organization of digital analytics reporting and dashboards, delivering KPIs to key stakeholder and leadership team.
  • Lead UAT and QA of new analytics tags being implemented.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis for internal partners, including in depth funnel and conversion analysis to drive business strategy and ensure ROI on new site enhancements.
We're Excited If You Have:
  • Experience with tag management systems and tagging for new site features, site changes, and QA testing.
  • BS/BA in relevant field
  • An understanding and passion for digital retail landscape, digital marketing tactics, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and time management skills .
  • Business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • 3+ years of analytical experience with R, Python, Matlab, Minitab in B2C eCommerce business is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Teams/Access.
  • 4+ years professional experience
  • 2+ years’ experience using site analytics tools (Google Analytics, ContentSquare, etc) on eCommerce websites; SQL a positive.
