Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS)

BSc degree in Education, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field

ATD Training Skills Certification or equivalent certification preferred

Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques

Previous experience as a Training Facilitator, Training Coordinator or similar role

Excellent communication and organizational skills

2. Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a field training or management role.

7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.

9. Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS), multimedia tools, and other training technologies.

10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all training activities.

4. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and engage an audience.

2. Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, that align with Magnolia Design Co's mission.

Knowledge of clinical research methods, including study design, data collection, and management.

Overseeing development of training materials and resources that cover all aspects of the technology used for data collection and management.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations, including HIPAA, and experience in ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of research data

Experience in designing and delivering training programs in a clinical research or healthcare setting.

Experience in developing training materials, such as user manuals, online tutorials, and instructional videos.

This position is a Management Service non-supervisory position and is not represented by a union.

Demonstrated experience implementing principles and practices of adult learning in a training setting.

Experience and proficiency with computer based applications, including Microsoft software and other applications for producing training materials, documents and reports.

Skills in communication and feedback strategies that maintain professional exchange of perspectives.

Strong project management and organizational skills

Participate actively in marketing and project management reporting tools. Report weekly /monthly on the status of field marketing activities and KPI’s

Experience with training and/ or utilizing Managed Document Services (MDS)/Managed Print Services (MPS) software, tools and sales techniques.

Minimum 5 years finance and accounting experience

Demonstrated experience with profit and loss responsibilities, corporate accounting, and internal control compliance

Monitor and report back on competitor channel programs, competitor products and solutions, competitive pricing, channel partner development requirements, and industry trends.
