Vice President Of Manufacturing(Hybrid)

DSJ Global is currently partnered with a Global Market Chemical Manufacturing leader looking for a Vice President of Manufacturing with a strong background in chemical manufacturing to oversee our multi-site production operations. This critical leadership role will require a proven track record of driving production efficiency, safety, and profitability throughout your career. In addition, a deep understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) is essential to ensure our commitment to the safety of our employees and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, supply chain, and quality control, to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, with a particular focus on Process Safety Management (PSM).
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to our manufacturing operations across multiple sites.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of manufacturing managers and supervisors.
• Drive initiatives to meet and exceed production targets, quality standards, and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in chemical manufacturing leadership roles.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute manufacturing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and achieving production targets.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong background in Process Safety Management (PSM) and regulatory compliance.
