Executive Director, Head Of People

They are looking to bring on an Executive Director, Head of People to head up the talent strategy for the business and operate across a number of adjacent DNA functions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to lead strategic implementation and wear multiple hats in a growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and updated HR records via SharePoint and HRIS system.
• Develop and execute strategies for sourcing and retaining top talent globally. Collaborate with senior leadership to build a talent pipeline, and identify relevant skill gaps.
• Lead the organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, serving as the main point of contact for company wellbeing.
• Manage employee relations issues across the business, allocating proper responsibilities to appropriate staff.
• Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards and company budget.

Qualifications:

• Must be working in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or Biotechnology company dedicated to the Life Sciences.
• Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred.
• Experience with HR technology and software, including Human Resource Information Systems, performance management and payroll systems.
• 10+ years of experience in HR, talent management, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree is required in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
