We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of the executive office. As our Executive Assistant, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our Chief of Staff, CEO, and leadership team to support their daily activities and contribute to company culture initiatives.
Responsibilities for this role include managing schedules and travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, creating meeting invitations, tracking meeting attendees, and planning company events. In addition, you will act as a liaison between the Executive and onsite staff, managing vendors and household maintenance repairs.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive and Personal Assistant, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. You should also be highly organized, proactive, and able to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
