Job Description
What We’re Looking For


Travelpro is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide a full-range of administrative support to the company’s Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, an understanding of legal topics and will be comfortable interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.


What You’ll Do
  • Schedule/agenda management
  • Legal matters
  • Departmental priorities
  • Complete confidential administrative support for the CEO, including:
  • Additional support of Executive Leadership Team members, as needed
  • Major project organization
  • Ad hoc MS Office file creation
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Potential acquisitions
  • Primary point-of-contact for key company stakeholders


What You’ll Need


  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out varying levels of detailed instructions and to deal with challenges in a patient and thoughtful manner
  • Primarily works in an office environment and must have the capability to lift and carry standard office-related loads, including up-and-down stairs (up to 15 pounds)
  • Minimum of 10 years executive administration experience. Direct experience with C-level support a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Can support the corporate tenets of C-A-R-E (Communicate, Attitude, Results & Effort)
  • Confidentiality
  • Undergraduate Degree. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at one time
  • Experience in a fast-paced branded consumer good company, a plus
  • Experience working in a private equity-backed environment, a plus
