CIC Group Construction Companies is seeking an Executive Assistant that will work out of Philadelphia, PA office with the opportunity to have a hybrid schedule. The Executive Assistant primary responsibility is to provide support to the President and Executive Vice President of CIC Group Construction Companies. This position will be managing the schedules of key executives and establishing a well-defined cadence of key business milestones and events.
This position requires an individual with strong communication skills, a savvy learner who is resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage calendars to ensure a smooth, integrated and disciplined cadence for key meetings, reviews, customers events.
- Build and maintain a filing system for key correspondence and other information as deemed necessary.
- Act as a central point of contact amongst executives, business unit leadership, corporate peers, other direct reports along with external customers and partners.
- On occasion take minutes for key meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls as appropriate.
- Oversee key information including customer communications, partner correspondence, key internal emails, etc. Ensure that information is shared appropriately with the right stakeholders and that responses are timely.
- Book travel and prepare expense reports as necessary.
- Format information for internal and external communications. Support development of presentation decks.
- Act as an advocate to support succession planning and/or change management. Must be aware of confidential information and the need to treat it securely with confidence and trust.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize accordingly to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Highly professional and trustworthy team player
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- 7+ years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in English
