We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Content, Education, and Inclusion for Disney Branded Television. This team is responsible for supporting and advancing Disney Branded Television’s strategy to honor diverse perspectives by promoting equity and inclusion through culturally resonant content, and by fostering and retaining diverse voices.

Responsibilities:

• Heavy scheduling
• Management of special projects as required
• Preparation and typing of documents (presentations, itineraries)
• Process expense reports
• Hospitality and event coordination
• Communicate with internal and external contacts
• Develop familiarity with all projects in the department
• Booking/coordination of travel – both domestic and international
• Interface with employees for information, research, administrative materials, etc.
• Attending staff meetings and documenting agenda items discussed

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ administrative experience, preferably at an executive level
• Proven ability to problem solve, prioritize and multi-task
• Strong ability to handle scheduling across multiple departments, along with strong phone etiquette
• Exceptional ability to create professional presentations, including video clips
• Experience with Workday
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong people and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Keynote
• Experience booking domestic travel arrangements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in MAC

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work experience

The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $51,100 to $70,290 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
