In this role, you will work closely with HR Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders such as senior leaders and People Centers of Excellences to provide consultation, evaluate existing processes, and lead projects to optimize our talent management designs around Talent Management, Talent Reviews and Succession Planning. Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging needs to be central to how we manage talent and this leader will incorporate DIBs best practices into our talent strategy, programs and processes.


  • Evaluate existing programs and improve, connecting talent to business value
  • Participates on cross-functional DIB Business Council to align teams across the organization, develop best practices and activate DIB strategies throughout the organization
  • Build strong partnerships across the organization to ensure new designs align seamlessly with existing programs (e.g., tool development, help resources, communication, analytics)
  • Serve as a thought leader on everything related to talent management
  • Manage and build team that encompasses talent strategy, DIBs and learning and development
  • Work closely with key stakeholders (HR Business Partners, senior leaders, Internal Comms, etc.) to develop talent management programs (e.g., Perf, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Real-time Feedback, etc.) while maintaining base-level consistency across the organization
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and establish a long-term talent strategy that may include topics such as: identifying critical roles, determining talent gaps, contributing to internal mobility efforts, and developing long term plans to bridge talent gaps
  • Benchmark talent management approaches and build a strong network with peers inside and outside the organization to build a strategic program that ties talent to the future vision of the company
  • Acts as a DIB subject matter expert by contributing perspective, insights, and knowledge, and taking a balanced consultative and systematic approach to enable the organization to achieve measurable results
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop training materials and help resources customized to user groups (individuals, managers, leaders, HRBPs, function-specific resources, etc.)

Key Skills and Experience:


  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a passion for solving problems while being resourceful
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across diverse range of stakeholders and to work across boundaries to build infrastructure
  • 10+ years of work experience in a related field (Performance Management, Talent Management, HR Consulting, HR, DIBs)
  • Coaching orientation and facilitation skills to support an inclusive culture of belonging
  • Track record of developing and leading Talent Management efforts such as Performance Management, Talent Reviews and Succession Planning that is centered on business goals and priorities
  • Role model for Inclusion and Belonging
  • Team player – willing to wear multiple hats
  • People management experience with a track record of building and leading a high performing team
  • Program Management experience with expertise in scoping, leading and delivering complex programs, as well as a proven track record of project management skills on conception and design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to form strong relationships with multiple stakeholders including senior leaders, key business leads, as well as the overall DIB community
  • Holistic and strategic thinker – can manage to short- and long-term plans and adapt as needed
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proactive, self-motivated – change agent that is able to face big challenges with resilience and agility


The San Francisco/Bay Area base salary range for this full-time position is $195,900 - $239,400 plus bonus, equity, and benefits, and can vary if outside of this location. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
