Job Description

We have an Executive Regional Director position open for candidates with the same tenacity, determination, and love for fun as we do! If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!


We have an immediate opening for an Executive Regional Director who would oversee up to five schools:


  • Ensuring centers operate within budget and meet or exceed enrollment targets
  • Supporting new and upcoming initiatives as needed
  • Conducting regular center walk-throughs and reporting on overall performance and plan for improvements, if necessary
  • Working to ensure a positive environment for the children, employees, and families
  • Guiding, mentoring, training, retaining, and coaching as a member of the leadership team
  • Assessing current centers to determine maintenance and operational support needed for ongoing growth and success


Total Compensation Package: $95K-$140K, including benefits and childcare discount


Requirements


Requirements:


  • Strong attention to detail with well-honed organizational skills
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience leading a team in the field of Education
  • Proficient in all basic Microsoft programs and Google Suite
  • A “Get It Done” attitude along with being a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
