Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant! As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our department, including answering phones, scheduling travel, managing correspondence, processing expense reports, and coordinating meetings and events. You'll be working with a dynamic team of professionals in the pharmaceutical industry, making a difference in the lives of patients around the world.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have at least 5 years of previous administrative experience supporting executives and possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, SharePoint, Visio or OrgPlus, and understanding of business processes and requirements. We prefer applicants with some college education and experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO, but we're willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a "make it happen" spirit and attitude, persistence, and a willingness to learn.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to interact with high-level executives, handle confidential or business-sensitive information, and make a real impact on our department. You'll be responsible for compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures, follow purchasing and requisition procedures, corporate security and privacy rules, corporate branding guidelines, and copy center procedures (if applicable).
This is a floating position, and there's no guarantee of the number of hours per week. However, if called to work, you'll work 8 hours. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, and this position is expected to last for at least three months.
