Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR). The EIR will play a crucial role in building and scaling our B2B and D2C mental health and wellness products and services in the US markets. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about mental health and wellness and aspires to take up leadership positions within the company in the future. The EIR will receive a stipend and variable pay based on performance initially, with the potential for increased compensation in the form of fixed pay and sweat equity as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute the overall business strategy for the mental health and wellness products and services within the insurance landscape in the US markets.
- Understands customer needs, Insurance play and competitive landscape within the mental health and wellness industry to weave within insurance.
- Develop strategies to enter payor network within insurance and build a strategic plan and execution stratgey
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to drive the successful launch and growth of insurance vertical for mental health
- Build strategic partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders in the mental health and wellness ecosystem with insurance companies.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, leveraging a deep understanding of the target audience and market dynamics.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth within the payor network and insurance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track the progress and success of the business, and provide regular updates and insights to the executive team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements within the mental health and wellness space, and incorporate them into the business strategy.
- Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster a culture of entrepreneurship, innovation, and excellence.
- Actively contribute to the development of the company's vision, mission, and long-term goals.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including investors and board members.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree would be a plus.
- Worked with companies to build insurance as a offering and or to building payor network
- Proven experience as an entrepreneur, founder, or leader in the mental health and wellness industry or related sectors for insurance.
- Strong understanding of the US mental health and wellness market, specially insurance and payor network, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies, drive growth, and achieve business objectives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities to establish and nurture partnerships within the mental health and wellness ecosystem within the insurance ecosystem.
- Experience in product development, marketing, sales, or related areas withi the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and creating positive impact.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies to various stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take ownership and lead initiatives, with a strong sense of accountability.
Willingness to work with limited initial compensation in the form of a stipend and variable pay, with potential for increased compensation in the future through fixed pay and sweat equity.
