Associate Entrepreneur Experience - Education & Talent...

This role is based in New York City or San Francisco.

The Endeavor Global team is looking for a dynamic professional with 3+ years of work experience to service a community of 50+ high-growth companies in the Education & Talent space across 40+ markets worldwide. Our ideal candidate believes entrepreneurs can change the world, is global in mindset and experience, is mission-oriented, and is passionate about having a transformational impact on entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneur Support (~70% of the time): Deliver Endeavor’s core service offerings to entrepreneurs within the Education & Talent portfolio (such as Go1, ELSA, Platzi, and Glints), including mentor introductions, in-person & virtual network events, webinars, and other curated online/offline touchpoints.

A particular focus in this function is dedicated to understanding the main challenges, developing and executing the servicing plans for entrepreneurs in the Education & Talent portfolio, and supporting industry-specific content and connections.

Knowledge Management (~20% of the time): Update and maintain relevant salesforce data and knowledge on specific events, mentors, investors, and overall trends related to the industry. Identify and share best practices on entrepreneur selection and support to help train/upskill local staff across 40 markets.

Network Management (~10% of the time): Support strategic organizational initiatives working to improve Endeavor’s service delivery to entrepreneurs. The majority of time in this function will be spent analyzing, searching, and onboarding new mentors in the Education & Talent space.

Other Requirements

• Interest in entrepreneurship, business, economics, and international development. Strong business acumen and familiarity with evaluating business models, financial statements, and go-to-market strategies.
• Exceptionally strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
• High interpersonal and organizational abilities; strong attention to detail.
• Must be eligible to live and work in the United States.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in entrepreneurship, venture capital/finance, or another start-up or an international organization.
• Experience investing, working in, or analyzing companies in the Edtech and/or Talent space is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
