Job Description
What does a Residence Manager do?


A Residence Manager will be involved in training, leading and motivating our Residential Direct Support Professionals (DSP's), while providing a positive and nurturing environment for both our employees and the people we support in one of our Fulton County homes.


Qualifications


  • Valid NYS Driver's License with 2 years of experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • One year of supervisory experience working directly with people with developmental disabilities is required
