Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of personal health information
• Educate members on how to effectively utilize their benefits
• Deliver timely and clear communication to ensure customer understanding
• Anticipate and address questions to prevent repeat calls and enhance customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot pharmacy claims in real-time, verifying information, comparing claim results to benefit rules, and entering overrides when necessary
• Handle incoming calls regarding members' prescription benefits, including copay inquiries, medication coverage, and authorization processes
