Sr. Manager, Employer Brand Marketing


Purpose


This role will develop and execute an enterprise wide, integrated employer brand strategy to build the MillerKnoll talent brand externally and drive brand affinity within our organization. This includes all Human Resources related initiatives such as DEI, benefits, recruitment, and culture. This role creates and implements employer brand campaigns to attract a diverse and exceptional pool of qualified candidates. This position is responsible for the development of messaging, programming, resources and tools tied to communicating our Employer Value Proposition (EVP). This role will also create our digital and social media strategy for our employer brand. This highly visible position will work collaboratively with marketing, corporate communications and human resources leaders and is responsible for driving thought leadership, strategic direction and execution of our employer brand.


Essential Functions


  • Drive creation and implementation of our Employee Value Proposition to create compelling candidate messaging to attract a wide array of qualified, diverse candidates
  • Develop and drive strategies to enhance, support and promote organization wide focus on diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Serve as the digital marketing and paid media subject matter expert for the Human Resources function.
  • Develop marketing strategies that increase brand awareness; differentiating MillerKnoll as a destination employer, through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for content marketing strategy that includes creating and curating content (blog posts, videos, infographics, employee testimonials) for website, social media, campaign and promotional needs.
  • Partner with global talent acquisition and human resources to enhance employer branding, diversity, ERG (employee resource groups) promotion, and talent insights to build cohesive attraction strategies and programs.
  • Evaluate and report metrics to map overall success and maximize ROI of marketing activations by consistently evaluating metrics and providing insight-based recommendations
  • Drive cross-functional use of Marketing tools, programming, resources and talent
  • Strategize and execute digital campaigns from start to finish.
  • Creates compelling internal marketing campaigns to increase employee engagement
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through better targeting, spend, content, logistics, tactics, engagement, follow-through, management, etc.
  • Promote our employer reputation through our recruitment-orientated social media channels; design and execute activities for engaging reviewers
  • Research and monitor talent brand strategies to determine the effectiveness of styles and strategies.
  • Build a recruitment-orientated ambassador program, leveraging current employees to build spotlight content that demonstrates our culture and values
  • Oversee our employee experience, drawing from associate feedback data to continually enhance the program

Education/ Experience


  • 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and overseeing marketing campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.


Skills & Abilities

  • Strong business acumen and an understanding of how brand strategy connects to and drives business results
  • Experience developing and executing brand campaigns across the full mix of marketing and communications channels
  • In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional presentation skills.

A starting compensation range for this role is $109,400.00 - $138,500.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
