Overview An Employer Brand Specialist is responsible for developing and managing an organization’s employer brand. This includes creating and executing strategies to attract and retain top talent, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The Employer Brand Specialist is also responsible for creating and executing campaigns to promote the organization’s employer brand. Detailed Job Description The Employer Brand Specialist is responsible for developing and managing an organization’s employer brand. This includes creating and executing strategies to attract and retain top talent, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The Employer Brand Specialist is also responsible for creating and executing campaigns to promote the organization’s employer brand.The Employer Brand Specialist will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Creating and executing campaigns to promote the organization’s employer brand
• Developing and managing employer brand content, including website content, social media content, and other digital content
• Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of employer brand campaigns
• Developing and managing employer brand initiatives, such as employer branding events
• Developing and managing employer brand budgets
• Developing and managing employer brand partnerships

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or a related field
• Experience in developing and executing employer brand campaigns
• Experience in developing and managing employer brand content
• Experience in developing and managing employer brand budgets
• Experience in developing and managing employer brand partnerships
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of employer branding best practices
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media
• Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or a related field
