Employee Benefits Interface Analyst Jobs

Strong project management skills, including managing complex projects from conception to completion

5+ years of experience in Employee Benefits, preferably as an Analyst

Experience working with HR technology systems, including Benefit Administration Platform and HRIS

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Ability to interpret and implement complex legislation and regulations related to employee benefits

Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving abilities; ability to drive analytical projects to completion

Quality of Work- Work is accurate, thorough, and neat. Is attentive to details and demonstrates effective organizational skills.

1-2 years of Marketing Experience

Strong analytical skills; proficient in working with complex data sets

Directly assist executives and producers

Service the designated book of business as it relates to marketing, administration and sales

Coordinate the implementation of research project plans and prepare status update reports and presentations

● Partner with Project Management to configure and test the installation of newly developed interfaces.

Education / Professional Certifications or Licenses Required:

● Exposure to Practice Management/Electronic Health Records applications.

● Exposure to Project Management and SDLC disciplines.

Essential Functions / Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities:

Experience servicing employee benefits accounts (Medical, Dental, STD, LTD, Vision, HSA, FSA).

Experience working with small-mid size groups.

Prior Experience working with an Independent Brokerage or Agency.

Experience working in a team environment.

College Degree Preferred, not required.

Meets with customers to determine interface requirements

Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization platforms like Tableau or PowerBI

Skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong desire to understand end to end system impacts.

Previous experience working with EDI integrations (electronic data interchange).

Strong written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical personnel, external vendors, brokers, and agents if required.
