The Siemens Manufacturing site in Grand Prairie, Texas has an immediate opening for an Environmental, Health, Safety Professional with training experience. The successful candidate will support a wide range of EHS responsibilities, including but not limited to those noted below.
You will make an impact by:
- Develop and implement EHS programs and best practices to ensure compliance with external and internal requirements as well as supporting inspections/audits.
- Collaborate with business leaders throughout the organization to develop and implement operations training curriculum.
- Create training plans and curriculum that align with the department and individual business objectives.
- Manage administrative functions necessary to track training completion.
- Lead site EHS Committee, activities and projects to enable a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to accomplish company Environmental, Health, Safety and Training objectives and goals.
- Drive compliance of OSHA 1910 mandated PPE, HAZCOM, fall protection, lockout-tagout, etc. programs.
- Maintain updated internal and external EHS relevant systems requiring timely and accurate data entry, i.e. incident reporting system, safety data sheet application, etc.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
- Working knowledge of and experience with learning management systems
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- 3-5 years EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
- 3-5 years training experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Strong administrative and organizational skills that enable efficient project and task management.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA and local regulations and reporting
- Must be a self-starter and excellent relationship builder.
- Proficient computer skills including Outlook and MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

- The pay range for this position is $63,700 - $109,200. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
