Position Summary
EBI Consulting is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support one of EBI’s telecommunications clients within the Hazardous Waste Program. You will input data from shipping documents into the CDMS Module WTS, rename files and place in a zip file, input the zip file via User interface, QA/QC projects in WTS database to ensure shipping documents are attached to the project, and process Lead credits by preparing the EHS 135 Bill Payment form.
This position requires in person attendance at the client’s downtown Dallas, TX location, with typical hours being Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Candidates therefore need to be located in the Dallas, TX area and comfortable with working on site daily.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Input the zip file via User interface
- Team player, polite, and professional
- Capable of working well with other groups and vendors
- Rename files and place in a zip file
- Able to project manage, prioritize, and multitask
- Process Lead credits by preparing Bill Payment form.
- Creation of EPA IDs
- Input data from shipping documents into the CDMS Module WTS
- QA/QC projects in WTS database to ensure shipping documents are attached to the project
Qualifications and Capabilities
- 0-3 years of progressive professional work experience in environmental health and safety, environmental, or related field required
- Bachelor’s of Science in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- RCRA or State Waste experience preferred
