Manager Manufacturing Training Jobs

Successful experience as a people supervisor/manager

Hire, manage, coach, assess and develop the trainers and coordinate their work

Responsible for a mature certification process that is used to aid in training and basis for advancement.

Skilled in assessing, teaching and coaching training skills

Poised, confident and engaging presenter of a variety of topics in a range of settings, delivering to large and remote audiences

Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills and the ability to lead a functional organization with direct authority

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required with operational, technical, and/or engineering concepts

Design and maintain department collaboration and communication infrastructure, with input from training leadership

Maintain departmental policies, with input from training leadership

Maintain list of new hires and required training schedule based on anticipated assignment and start date

Determine weekly master training schedule and Training Coordinator assignments

Arrange for necessary training materials/supplies and reserve required training space, as needed

Working knowledge of and experience with learning management systems

Strong administrative and organizational skills that enable efficient project and task management.

Develop and implement EHS programs and best practices to ensure compliance with external and internal requirements as well as supporting inspections/audits.

Manage administrative functions necessary to track training completion.

3-5 years EHS experience in a manufacturing environment

Experienced using a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred.

Work with Production and Quality Management, Leads and Workstation Trainers on implementing training related initiatives.

Work with management to determine training needs and determines subsequent training and development priorities.

4 years of supervisory experience or demonstrated proficiency performing similar duties/responsibilities preferred.

Lead internal training audits to ensure that training requirements are followed.

Partners with the Training Instructors to implement and train cross-functional teams on the certification system.

Create tracking systems to proactively maintain Manufacturing training requirements

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment

Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

2+ years of applicable experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Adult Learning, Organization Development, or related field.

Experience in Alchemy Manager, Creator, Player, and Coach preferred.
