Training Specialist Jobs

POSITION SUMMARY
The Training Specialist supports the Manager, Training & Development in the coordination and development of on-going employee development initiatives. This position will be responsible for data entry into the Learning Management System, designing and delivering courses and materials in a variety of formats (e-Learning, distance learning and in-person instruction), and developing, tracking, and communicating learning needs to site employees. The Training Specialist will also assess, develop, communicate and coordinate New Hire Orientation.

• Utilizes the LMS to track learning requirements and continuously communicates to departments regarding their training needs and compliance to those needs.
• Evaluates effectiveness of curricula, meets regularly with managements to review and advise.
• Filing, auditing, archiving
• Designs and executes programs associated with Qualified Trainers, Job Specific Tasks, GMP, Leadership Development and other topics.
• Works closely with Training Management on development of training programs and plans.
• Data entry into the LMS
• Conducts training for Learning Management System (LMS)

• Superior knowledge of Quality and cGMP regulations required.
• College degree with 3-5 years training experience or 5-10 years equivalent experience in a GMP regulated field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects.
• Demonstrated ability to train, provide feedback and re-train employees.
• Superior computer expertise, specifically in Microsoft office Suite (High competency level in PowerPoint) and database management.
• Must be able to design, develop, implement and lead dynamic presentations that are directed and focused at the departments educational, cultural and business needs.
